After your implants have been placed and adequately healed you will have them restored with either a crown, bridge, or denture. Implant restorations are very reliable, natural-looking, easy to maintain, and long-lasting.
What is an implant crown ?
A tooth-shaped “cap” that is placed on top of the dental implant fixture.
How do you make implant crown/bridge ?
Fitting an implant crown/bridge requires at least two visits to our office. Initially, we will take measurements and an impression of the dental implant. Sometimes we place a temporary crown/bridge to help shape and contour your gum tissue.
Since the crown/bridge must be fabricated very precisely to ensure correct bite and to match the opposing teeth, we have your crown/bridge custom made just for you at a lab. Approximately 2-3 weeks later, we will insert the crown/bridge and you will immediately be able to enjoy your new teeth.
